Nationality/Citizenship: Candidates must be:

Citizens of India, or
Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, or
Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 intending to settle permanently, or
Persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, Vietnam, etc., with a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Age, Educational Qualifications, and Work Experience: The eligibility criteria regarding age, educational qualifications, and work experience are set as of 1st June 2024. All educational qualifications must be from institutions recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.

Age: 27 to 40 years
Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate credit in a supervisory/management role in a scheduled commercial bank or similar financial institution.

Assistant Vice President - Credit

Age: 25 to 38 years
Qualifications: CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.

Deputy Vice President - Software Testing

Age: 27 to 40 years
Qualifications: Mandatory ISTQB Advanced Level certification
Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT, with at least 5 years in software testing.

Deputy Vice President - Vendor Management

Age: 27 to 40 years
Qualifications: Certification in vendor management is desirable
Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT, with at least 5 years in managing IT projects and operations.
