Support mass production, improve manufacturing processes, resolve production issues, and collaborate with Google's global engineering teams to deliver world-class hardware products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 8+ years of manufacturing or product development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or PhD.
• Manufacturing assembly experience.
• Product launch management.
• Technical leadership.
• Project management.
• Data Center Hardware experience.
• BOM Management.
• Agile Product Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy manufacturing platforms.
• Improve production yield.
• Drive root cause analysis.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Support BOM readiness.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners.
• Reduce manufacturing costs.

Note: This position follows Google's hybrid work model and requires working on the customer site 3–4 days per week.
