Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Associates for its Hindi and English Voice Process. Selected candidates will work remotely and assist customers by resolving their queries over voice calls while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Follow company communication guidelines.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues when required.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Experienced candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are preferred.
• Maximum age limit: 40 Years.
• Must have good Hindi and English communication skills.
