Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Uttar Pradesh, has announced the Uttar Pradesh Common Paramedical Admission Test (CPET) 2024. Interested candidates can apply online for UG and PG courses from 30 April 2024 to 18 June 2024. This notification covers admissions eligibility, course information, the admissions procedure, age limit, seat details, and more.

How to Apply

1. OBC and EWS certificates should be issued after 01 April 2024.
2. The photograph should be full face, from front, with a white background and without spectacles along with the candidate’s name and date of the photograph.
3. Read the notification before applying.
4. Collect all necessary documents: eligibility, ID proof, address details, basic details.
5. Scan required documents: photo, sign, ID proof, etc.
6. Check all details carefully before submitting the application.
7. Pay the application fee if required.
8. Print out the final submitted form.

Examination Details for Paramedical Bachelors CPET 2024

• ABVMU CET - UP CPET Exam Date: Sunday, 23 June 2024
• Time: 11:00 AM to 2:20 PM (200 Minutes)
• Venue: As mentioned on the admit card
• Mode of Examination: MCQs Bilingual (English and Hindi) - Objective/Multiple Choice Questions to be answered on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet using a black ballpoint pen provided at the center.
• Number of Questions: 200
• Marks: Each correct response will get 1 mark. No negative marking for incorrect responses or multiple responses.
• Medium of Examination: English & Hindi
• Syllabus: Up to Intermediate Standard (Class 12)

Question Paper Structure:

• Section A: Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Electronics/Statistics/Psychology (25%)
• Section B: Chemistry (25%)
• Section C: Physics (25%)
• Section D: English and General Knowledge (25%)

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• General: 50th percentile
• General-PwD: 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile

Instructions for Examination Centre:

• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM (Two hours before the start of the examination). Mandatory biometric capturing will be done at the entry gate of the test center. No entry will be allowed after 10:00 AM.
• No Early Exit: Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination.
• Submission of Materials: Ensure that the question booklet, original OMR answer sheet, and office copy of the OMR sheet are handed over to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. Failure to do so will be considered as an unfair means.
