Job Description and Responsibilities

Age Criteria

  • Age of Superannuation: 60 years

Employment Status

Candidates must be employed in a regular capacity and not on a contractual/ad-hoc basis in one of the following:

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/institute
  • Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management or MBA/PGDM/PGPM from a recognized university/institute

Experience

  • At least five years of cumulative experience/exposure in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in the last ten years in a reputable organization

  • Central Public Sector Enterprises: Rs. 6250-7475 (IDA) Pre 01/01/1992 to Rs. 14300-18300 (CDA) Pre-Revised
  • Group 'A' officers of the Central Government: Director level or equivalent scale
  • Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions: Board level or one level below Board level for one year
  • Armed Forces: Brigadier level or equivalent
  • State Public Sector Enterprises/Private Sector: Board level or one level below Board level
