1. Assistant Professor in Arts, Commerce, Humanities, Education, Law, Social Sciences, Sciences, Languages, Library Science, Physical Education, and Journalism & Mass Communication:

• A Master’s degree with 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
• NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.

2. Assistant Professor in Music and Performing Arts:

• A Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject.
• NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.
• Alternatively, a traditional or professional artist with a commendable professional achievement may also be eligible.

3. Assistant Professor in Drama Discipline:

• A Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject.
• NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.
• Alternatively, a professional artist with notable achievements and a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may also be eligible.

4. Assistant Librarian:

• A Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks.
• NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.

5. University Assistant Director of Physical Education and Sports/College Director of Physical Education and Sports:

• A Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports or related fields with 55% marks.
• Record of representing the University/College at inter-university/inter-collegiate competitions or state/national championships.
• NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.

6. Assistant Professor (Management):

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a Master’s degree in Business Administration/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com with first-class or equivalent.
• Two years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree.

7. Assistant Professor (MCA):

• B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with first-class or equivalent.
• Alternatively, B.E., B.Tech. and MCA with first-class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees.
• Or, a three-year graduation with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and MCA with first-class or equivalent with two years of relevant experience.

8. Assistant Professor (Nanoscience & Nanotechnology):

• M.Sc. with higher second class in relevant science subjects or a Master's in Pharmacy/Engineering/Technology.
• Ph.D. degree with publications in reputed international journals related to Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.

• A relaxation of 5% marks is allowed for candidates from SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/Differently-abled categories.
