  3. Termination: Services can be terminated/discontinued at any time without assigning any reason.

  4. Delhi NCR Preference: Candidates residing in Delhi NCR will be given preference for practical reasons.

  5. No Right to Permanency: The appointment is purely contractual. Selected candidates cannot claim permanent absorption in IGNOU.
