About the Competition

The Dexon Global Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition 2026 (DIMC) offers law students an opportunity to engage with contemporary issues in Intellectual Property Law through a competitive virtual moot court platform. Participants will research complex legal questions, prepare memorials, and argue before experienced judges from the legal profession and academia.

The 2026 moot proposition explores disputes involving voice mimicry, personality rights, structural parody, digital media, fair dealing, and commercial exploitation, making it highly relevant to today's creator economy and technology-driven legal landscape.

Eligibility

• Students enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year undergraduate law programmes.
• Participants from any recognized college or university may apply.
• Ideal for students interested in Intellectual Property and Technology Law.
