Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of documented BPO experience (Voice or Non-Voice).
• Laptop and stable broadband internet connection are mandatory.
• Candidates currently pursuing full-time studies are not eligible.
• International BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
