About the Internship

Orbit XII Technologies is looking for motivated Legal Interns to support its Legal & Compliance team. This internship provides practical exposure to startup law, technology law, contracts, intellectual property, corporate compliance, and policy drafting in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on startup laws, company compliance, and regulations.
• Research intellectual property, trademarks, and digital platform regulations.
• Draft and review NDAs, internship agreements, founder agreements, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts.
• Prepare Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.
• Assist in legal documentation, compliance tracking, and contract management.
• Support legal risk analysis and policy development.
• Research ESOP documentation and startup legal structures.
• Help protect company intellectual property and confidential information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent law programmes.
• Strong interest in startup law, corporate law, technology law, and digital business.
• Good legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Legal drafting and contract review.
• Research and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of startup compliance and corporate structures.
• Familiarity with legal databases and documentation tools.
