About the Internship

The Legal Team at upGrad School of Technology is inviting applications for a 45-day paid internship for pre-final and final-year law students. Selected interns will gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, commercial contracts, legal research, drafting, stakeholder coordination, and contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial contracts and service provider agreements.
• Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal documentation.
• Provide support for contract lifecycle management activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pre-final or final-year LL.B. students.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts and service agreements.
• Experience in contract drafting and review is preferred.
• Understanding of contract law principles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
