About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be identifying, approaching, negotiating, and closing high-ticket software development and web development projects. You will work independently to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.

The company is specifically looking for professionals capable of securing projects worth ₹1,00,000 or more while maintaining excellent client relationships and smooth project handovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for Web Development and Software Development services.
  • Use Cold Emailing, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
  • Understand client requirements and technical project needs.
  • Prepare professional business proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, budgets, and project scope.
  • Close premium IT projects with domestic and international clients.
  • Coordinate project handover to the technical development team.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Sales or Lead Generation.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of web development and software development terminology.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
  • Experience handling premium B2B clients is preferred.

Compensation Structure

Target-Based Monthly Payout

  • ₹10,000 monthly payout after successfully closing at least two clients.
  • Each client must have a minimum project value of ₹1,00,000.

Performance Commission

  • 10% commission for every additional client worth ₹1,00,000 or more after the first two successful closures.
  • Payments are released only after the client has completed 100% payment to the company.

Legal & Contract Terms

  • This is an Independent Contractor role.
  • This opportunity does not create an employer-employee relationship.
  • Regular employee benefits such as PF, paid leave, or training certificates are not included.
  • Compensation depends entirely on successfully achieving the defined sales targets.
