About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will manage customer queries through email and ticketing systems while maintaining service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and ticketing platforms.
  • Handle a minimum of 12 customer tickets/emails per hour.
  • Maintain 100% SLA compliance by responding within 24 hours.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  • Deliver professional customer service while minimizing unnecessary follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal departments.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and team members.
  • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Use a second monitor for improved productivity and workflow.
  • Learn new products, systems, and support processes continuously.
  • Participate in discussions, process improvements, and feedback sessions.
