Job Overview

We are actively looking to hire a dedicated Data Entry and Care Executive (Office Assistant cum Reservationist). This role is highly critical to our daily operations and involves direct interaction with our global clientele and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling, responding to, and processing corporate emails promptly.
• Making and managing reservations utilizing our global reservation system.
• Answering phone calls and assisting clients with inquiries.
• Executing detailed data entry, planning, and operational organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required (High scores preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of total work experience, including 4 years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Communication Skills: Expert-level communication required. Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills with strong grammar and clarity.
• Availability: Must be available for Night and Overnight shifts.
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Hoshiarpur, Punjab, or relocate before starting work (In-person work).
• Mindset: Must be a team player, highly flexible, and willing to learn. Paid training will be provided for this unique opportunity.
