The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, maintaining, and managing data accurately using DPMS software while ensuring confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in DPMS software.
• Verify records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Process data within specified deadlines.
• Generate reports using DPMS whenever required.
• Cross-check entered information with source documents.
• Maintain digital and physical records properly.
• Coordinate with departments for data validation.
• Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure high accuracy and quality in all data management activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of DPMS software or similar ERP systems.
