About the Role

The selected Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, content, and internal teams to create visually appealing marketing materials while maintaining consistent brand identity. The role involves designing digital and print assets, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop creative design concepts based on project briefs.
• Produce multiple design formats and sizes for different platforms.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and brand identity.
• Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color settings.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, marketers, and content creators.
• Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Handle multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing both digital and print marketing materials.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in web and digital marketing design.
• Knowledge of responsive layouts and UI-related design.
• Motion graphics experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
