Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Release Support

• Assist the QA team in ensuring high-quality software releases.
• Help identify software issues during testing cycles.
• Verify bug fixes before product release.
• Support validation of reported defects.

Testing & Documentation

• Create and execute test cases.
• Prepare test scenarios for software modules.
• Maintain testing documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports using Confluence or similar tools.
• Participate in requirement analysis meetings.

Automation & Process Learning

• Learn software test automation concepts.
• Understand testing tools used within the organization.
• Support automation initiatives for improving testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to improve application quality.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in Daily Stand-up Meetings (DSM).
• Provide testing progress updates.
• Communicate software issues clearly.
• Track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
