The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound sales activities for the Australian energy market. Responsibilities include assisting customers, generating leads, promoting energy solutions, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving business targets.

This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in Australian BPO processes, particularly in solar panels, batteries, and energy-related services.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about energy plans, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Outbound Sales

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Generate qualified leads for Australian energy services.
• Promote solar, battery, and energy solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales and lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Undergraduate.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Australian BPO.
• Experience in Solar Panels, Battery, or Energy Process is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Customer handling and sales experience preferred.
