Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input daily sales, purchase, and inventory data into the company’s internal software systems.
• Maintain and update detailed records of gold, diamond, and silver stocks.
• Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure zero discrepancies in the inventory and accounting logs.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales reports for the management team.
• Assist in tracking customer orders, repairs, and delivery schedules through the database.
• Ensure absolute confidentiality and security of all business and customer data.
• Organize physical files, bills, and receipts to match digital entries.
• Provide general administrative support to the back-office team as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma, 10+2, or Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Fast and accurate typing speed with a strong attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic understanding of accounting software (like Tally) is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail and manufacturing environment.
• Local candidates from Surat (specifically near Katargam) will be given preference.
