About the Internship

NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications from serious and committed law students for an internship at its New Delhi office during October 2026.

The internship provides hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings and client interactions under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Areas of Practical Exposure

Legal Research

Gain practical exposure to legal research and analysis.

Legal Drafting

Develop practical drafting skills through real legal assignments.

Get exposure to court proceedings as part of the internship experience.

Learn about professional client interactions under experienced guidance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
• Students currently enrolled in the 2nd year or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Preferred knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• Basic knowledge of legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra.

Internship Stipend

₹5,000

Paid upon successful completion of the internship

Important Stipend Conditions

The internship carries a stipend of INR 5,000. The stipend may be extended based on performance and will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship.

In case of early termination or discontinuation of the internship, no stipend shall be payable.
