About the Role

Ashok Khasgiwala Co. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms
• Search, identify and shortlist suitable profiles
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Follow up regarding interview schedules and feedback
• Assist in job postings across multiple hiring portals
• Support day-to-day recruitment activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Women returning to work after a career break are welcome
• Prior HR, recruitment, staffing, or sourcing experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with the Naukri Portal is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable conducting screening and candidate calls
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-driven and capable of working independently

Preferred Profile

• Experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing is an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
