About the Chambers

Karan Gupta Law Chambers was established with the objective of delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining professionalism, transparency, and client-focused representation. The Chambers provides interns with meaningful exposure to dispute resolution practice and encourages independent thinking and responsibility.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme from a recognized university.
• Must be in the penultimate or final year of the law degree.
• Prior internship experience in disputes or litigation is mandatory.

Nature of Work

• Conduct legal research on dispute-related matters.
• Draft pleadings, notes, and legal documents.
• Attend internal meetings and discussions.
• Assist advocates in ongoing litigation matters.
• Take ownership of assigned legal assignments and projects.

Stipend Details

• Students residing in Bangalore: ₹6,000 per month.
• Students residing outside Bangalore: ₹6,000 stipend + ₹6,000 towards expenses (Total support up to ₹12,000).

Available Internship Slots

• 📅 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026
• 📅 1 October 2026 – 31 October 2026
• 📅 1 November 2026 – 30 November 2026

Application Requirements

• Updated CV (maximum 3 pages).
• Statement of Interest (maximum 300 words) explaining your motivation to pursue litigation or dispute resolution.
• Any one of the following:
  • A published writing sample (post January 2024), or
  • An analytical note of 800–1,200 words on a legal judgment or topic.

• Internship slots up to 31 August 2026 are already closed.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• No assessment internships or online internships are offered.
• Selection decisions are expected by:
  • 5 August 2026 (September Slot)
  • 5 September 2026 (October Slot)
  • 5 October 2026 (November Slot)
